Because Monaco is all about lifestyle, with so many fabulously remarkable properties, with elegance enhancing the best from the luxury and contemporary design, we are pleased to introduce you to one of our projects in which we put a lot of energy and passion.
The interplay of volumes, light and shadows is a key element in the design of “Sand and Sky Apartment”, but it is about so much more.
We invite you to feel the colors, the textures and I assure you that the cool breeze from the French Riviera completes this imaginary journey incredibly well.

STEFAN LAZAR
ALMOST 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND OVER 400 PROJECTS
After excelling for many years on the Romanian interior design market, Stefan Lazar has been awarded many titles, such as: “Best Interior Design” from Elle Decoracion Romanian Design Award, from Insign Awards and other national competitions (together with his team he coordinated more than 400 projects as the Creative Director). Stefan felt he needed a change in perspective, a new challenge, thus he is now present on the French market with a new concept and a new team beside him.
